Cook Chicken In The Oven - The Many Ways to Cook Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast

There are literally hundreds of combined techniques and recipes for cooking chicken too many to cover in this article so I ll discuss two popular methods.

One of the easiest and best way to marinate and grill them.

Below is a great marinade recipe

/ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice tablespoons fresh juice

DIRECTIONS

Step Mix everything accept the chicken breast in a large bowl. Step Add chicken to bowl cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for several hours. Step Get your grill nice and hot and oil the grates to prevent sticking to the chicken. Step Grill chicken for about minutes on each side or until tender.

Another great way to cook chicken is by baking them in foil in the oven. The foil makes the meat nice and moist while cooking. What you put in the movie is limited only by your imagination but to make it easier so I have great recipes below.

CHICKEN WITH sundried tomatoes and Kalamata olives

Fibromyalgia Ingredients

boneless chicken breast

- Kalamata olives pitted and chopped
- sun-dried tomato into thin strips
tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
tablespoons chopped fresh basil
tablespoons chopped fresh parsley salt and pepper

DIRECTIONS

Step Preheat oven to degrees F

Step In a bowl combine olives tomatoes basil parsley olive oil salt and pepper.

Step Cut squares of aluminum foil Cut them in size about cm square

Step Take two squares and place a foil on top of others.

Step Grease the foil with some olive oil

Step Place a fillet in center of foil and spoon some of the tomato and olive mixture

Step loosely fold the foil over the chicken in the formation of a tent and seal well

Step Repeat this process for remaining chicken breasts

Step Place the wrapped chicken breast on a baking sheet and place in preheated oven

Step Bake for about minutes or until tender. To check for doneness cut a small slit in the foil so steam can escape then carefully fold the foil. Check for doneness with an instant read thermometer. The internal temperature should read degrees F.
